For almost three years, I was the website project manager at IntelePeer, overseeing everything from day-to-day tasks to largescale marketing strategies. I managed the budget, established timelines/roadmaps, and collaborated with cross functional teams and managers. I was in charge of 15 main navigation pages and 300+ resources/press releases/blog pages.

At IntelePeer, I worked closely with our PR team and agency to plan social campaigns, review content, and lead employee LinkedIn profile audits to ensure brand consistency. My approach combined thoughtful storytelling with data-driven optimization to increase engagement, support corporate initiatives, and increase brand awareness.

In fall 2023, IntelePeer made a strong a deliberate shift to position itself as an AI company. As the project manager, I created the budget, managed supporting teams (IT, web agency, internal stakeholders), assigned tasks, and created a launch timeline. My main goal was to position the intelepeer.ai site as the main source of truth for all IntelePeer and AI information. The four main parts to this project included:

  • Building out AI specific inline content

  • Creating a “wildcard” call-out to highlight AI offereings

  • Launching a new home page

  • Updating visuals and brand direction
