I believe in a work culture that fosters community and an inclusive environment for its employees. I was part of the Coalfire Culture founding committee in 2016 and continued supporting the group until 2019. For activities I was the lead on, I oversaw the planning and execution of the event, set up, and marketed the event. I also created and distributed the weekly newsletter for the committee. Events I coordinated included:

• Spirit week

• Founders Day hike

• Thanksgiving potluck
